My experience with Creative Executive Space has been positive. I rented last year from January 1st thru mid-April, 2022 and the accommodations were perfect. The office space is very professional and set up to allow me to come and go each day as needed, 24/7. The bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas were always kept very clean and tidy at all times.
I was very pleased with the experience and plan to be renting there again this January 1st, 2023 thru April, 2023. The other tenants were courteus, friendly, and respectful.

Our regional office occupied an office suite in Creative Executive Space for 2 years. Patrice Wilson accommodated every request and was responsive to our needs. The office suites are beautifully decorated and appointed and the layout is superb. Centrally located to the airport and I-75. Our suite also featured a private entrance which was great!

We moved in to our office a month ago, the building is in a fantastic location, it's quiet and clean. We've had great cell reception, great internet, no issues at all. The opening of our new USA division has been a breeze with moving in to this space. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to move in here! All of the tenants have been friendly and respectful. Couldn't ask for much more!

Creative Executive Space is an awesome, modern, professional office space that is conveniently located on Highway #41 in South Fort Myers. The internet is fiber optic and extremely fast! Each office is equipped with a secure "VLAN" network for security and privacy. Conference rooms are always available! The kitchen is fully equipped and offers complimentary coffee and tea service. It's my home away from home!

I was suddenly thrust into looking for a new location last year as the one I previously occupied closed suddenly. Creative Executive Space was not only perfect for my needs and location, but they were extremely flexible and reasonably priced. Monthly fee includes everything… janitorial, fiber internet, furniture, janitorial, a secure vlan network and utilities. I have 24/7 access as well as my agents. Additionally, the owners have been more than accommodating to my needs in size of office, furnishings and even moved me to a different suite within the building. My clients and agents are always impressed by the clean and modern atmosphere and I am proud to have anyone meet me in my office! I highly recommend Creative Executive Space to anyone. This space is always spotless, well maintained and well within budget!

I am a new business owner that needed an affordable, clean, and comfortable space to get my business up and running. After looking at countless offices, Creative Executive Space caught my eye as I was driving on US-41. After meeting with Patti and John and getting the grand tour of the space, I instantly knew that this was where I was going to conduct my business. The space is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and fully furnished. Overall, the office is in a great location right off of busy 41, all amenities (internet, electric, janitorial work, etc) are included in monthly fee, and it is extremely affordable.
